Baked Sweet Potato and Oatmeal.

4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup prepared sweet potato puree
1/2 cup crushed pecan/walnut mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. agave nectar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups steel cut oats
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients (except nuts) in a casserole dish. Layer nuts on top and bake on bottom rack of oven for an hour or until cooked through. Happy Thanksgiving!
