Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup quinoa
2 cups vanilla rice or almond milk
3 cups water
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried mango
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. agave nectar
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
