Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup dulse flakes
1/2 diced cucumber
1/2 cup sprouts
1 small diced avocado
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame oil
pinch of sea salt and pepper.
toss gently and serve.
